This store item is for
one hour
of one-on-one training, via teleconference, for machine embroidery digitizing. Our own master digitizer, Kathy, will walk you through the basics or advanced techniques - whatever you want to learn, using your software. Increase the quantity, if you'd like to purchase more hours. The typical lesson is about two to six hours, depending on your pace and needs.
Using Zoom teleconference technologies, you will present your computer screen and launch your digitizing software. Kathy will provide instruction and walk you through the steps to digitize a design. With this method, you are performing all steps and learning the industry best practices, hands-on. As an option, we can record the session so that you can watch it again later.
Kathy has extensive experience in use of Bernina, Wilcom, Pulse, Floriani and Hatch embroidery software. Through extrapolation of common features, she can help with many other software brands. Feel free to contact us if you are using a different software.
Requirements:
Zoom client is needed on your computer.
A webcam is not necessary, but a microphone is needed (separate or integrated).
Headphones are recommended.
Your digitizing software should already be installed and operational.
You must be able to speak and understand English.
Your computer language needs to be English.
After purchase of your training hour(s), we will contact you to learn your needs and schedule a session.

Recordings of learning sessions can be made available to participants at a low charge per session, just US. The session recording will be available for download and unlimited personal viewing. The recording may not be publicly displayed or redistributed.
