From the 1930's this is a Ludwig cowbell and wood block holder. This attaches to the bass drum hoop. Could hold 2 cowbells. It shows signs of use with scratches, pitting, and overall minor rust. Positioning of the cowbell and wood block mounts can be adjusted. Bass drum hoop clamp is 100% functioning! See the pictures for more details!
