From the 1970's this is a Ludwig marching drum leg rest bracket. Attaches to tension rods on bottom side. Does not come with clips to mount it to drum. This shows signs of use with light scratches, pitting, and some rust which is mostly present on back side. Adjusts smoothly. Could be 100% functioning with the needed parts!
