va foam for cushion and comfort, especially when preparing to jibe and landing jumps. This type of pad concept is especially nice for barefooters who walk the board and jibe a lot. It provides a better grip for barefooters especially. Also nice grip for waterstarting!
This pad is easy to apply like so:
0.5) Remove footstraps from board.
1) Overlay pad on board relative to footstrap locations and mark the application boundary with a pencil. Cut pad, if necessary, to match your desired footstrap positions.
2) Prepare application area on board by sanding, washing with water, and then cleaning with ethyl alcohol.
3) Apply contact cement to both pad and deck with a brush. Let DRY.
4) Apply second (and final) coat of contact cement. Let DRY.
5) Slowly and carefully apply pad starting at one end point. Adjustment is possible at the very  beginning only!
6) (Optional). Carefully apply a bead of Marine Goop to the pad/deck boundary for an extra-durable joint, to prevent any part of the pad from peeling up from the deck.
