    Here is a PCI sound card released in 1997 by to Ensoniq, before the company was purchased by Creative Labs.  It has internal connectors for CD ROM audio, telephone audio device and a TV tuner, plus a MIDI/Joystick port, microphone, line in, and line out ports on the back  It uses the Ensoniq ES1370 Audio PCI chip.
    The buyer will receive only a sound card as pictured here, but not the exact one.
